nostalgia tastes good

When I was little, my mom would always buy my brother and me snacks from a department store called Marks & Spencer. It wasn't until my cousin's recent trip to London when this little prawn snack sneaked its way back into my life. It's crazy how after two decades, I can still remember what this snack tasted like! Food from my childhood always floods my brain with memories of a much simpler time. Needless to say, my brother and I demolished the two bags in two days.

Other than tasty prawn snacks, life has been quite busy lately. I should be job hunting, but things keep popping up and time just seems to disappear. Maybe a part of me is avoiding the job hunting process because deep down, I am really happy to be funemployed (at least for the moment anyway). I really can't complain about midday yoga and helping my parents pick out the colours and materials for our bathroom renos. Now, if I was only half as dedicated to finding a job, then life would be back in order.

Happy nostalgic snacking everyone!
