day forty six: spontaneous trips and surprises in the mail

Dear bff,

I woke up today thinking that I was going to have a pretty relaxing day. Go for dim sum in the morning with my aunt who is visiting from Hong Kong, then maybe walk around a mall and do some window shopping. Don't know how it happened, but I ended up driving my mom and my aunts to Niagara Falls. Even though it was going to be at least a two hour drive each way, I thought I could get some good pictures for the blog tonight. Well, turns out I left my camera in the other car...and left my phone at home...

Sigh.

But!

As with most unfortunate events, things are bound to get better eventually. And it did as I walked through the doors an hour ago. Guess what I got in the mail today? :)

{I love how I forget about the things I purchase online. Surprises me every time.}

So I was able to take a picture for you in the end even though it's a bit blurry.

Things are looking up!
